Holiday studios

The two studios are located in the Grade II* listed manor house building. From here you are in a prime location to explore the area. The coast at Folkestone is barely fifteen minutes away, and don't forget Dover is close enough to make a trip to France simple, either via the Channel Tunnel or by ferry. Surrounding the property is the exquisite countryside of the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, so long country walks are a must, and the site itself sits in beautifully manicured and landscaped gardens.

You have the choice of a ground floor studio, or a second floor studio which is accessed by steps. Neither of these unfortunately accepts pets (but many other properties on site do, if that's a key factor). The studio apartments are neat and compact, but never the less still feature all you'll need for your holiday, and are the perfect retreat for two. The studios are on an open plan with separate bathrooms and the second floor studio has a nice view over the fields at the front of the house and the lawns to the west.

Facilities/equipment

Though the smallest properties on site, the studios are perfectly well equipped to deal with all your holiday needs. They are fully furnished, with comfortable seating and charming details for those relaxing evenings in. The kitchens are neat, and include all you need to whip up something delicious.

Your money, after charges, goes into a life assurance bond which invests in a fund of properties and securities. Your investment’s value will go up or down to reflect changes in the value of those properties and securities and payment of management charges and expenses by the fund. Properties are booked for a no profit "user charge" and Points issued with the Bond. There is a quarterly fee of around thirty pounds linked to RPI. If you do not use our Money Back Promise", you can surrender your investment to the company only after two years or more but you may get back less than you paid. Exceptionally surrender may be deferred up to twelve months. Minimum initial payment £5,000 and no medical examination required. HPB is available exclusively through HPBM who will only charge for their services if you invest.

HPBM is able to advise only on HPB and is not independent of HPBA. Holders of policies issued by HPBA will not be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if the company becomes unable to meet its liabilities to them but Isle of Man compensation arrangements apply to new policies.
