Depending on size, the properties at Santa Rosa can sleep between two and four people, making them ideal for couples or small families. The apartment blocks are traditionally styled buildings. Many look over the site's swimming pools or communal lawn area. The ground floor properties have borders of palms and other plants typical of the island. All apartments are single-storey and those on the first and second floors feature a balcony that is generally bathed in sunshine from around 11 in the morning – so sit out and enjoy the warmth. The properties on the ground floor have generous terraces instead, and these too benefit from plenty of sun. Two ground-floor properties have been specifically adapted for the use of accompanied wheelchair users, though all ground-floor units are relatively easy to access. All the apartments are beautifully furnished, and provide guests with pretty much everything they will need during their holiday making evenings in comfortable and enjoyable. But if you'd rather be out and about, you are just a short walk from the coast and the lovely beaches of Costa Teguise.


The apartments are comfortable and have an open-plan living area which is a good use of space, providing a relaxed seating area. All bedrooms sleep two, with either a double or twin beds and the properties are all fitted with a kitchen. All of the ground-floor properties have access to their own private terrace areas.
