Villa Margarita and Villa Louisa are large, detached properties located in El Tosalet, just one mile inland from the coast, making them a brilliant base from which to explore the beautiful Costa Blanca. The villas have been constructed from the wood and stone used in the area's traditional buildings, so as to blend seamlessly into their surroundings. They have a whitewashed smooth exterior with orange tiled roofs, and both also feature a large covered terrace. Both properties have their own private pool, for added luxury, as well as a garden. These villas have a home-from-home charm that has been expertly blended with high-quality elegance.

Villa Margarita has four bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of eight guests in two double and two twin rooms. Two en-suite shower rooms are included in the property in addition to a separate bathroom. A spacious living/dining area is perfect for evenings spent with friends or family. This property also has a table tennis room and a self contained studio that includes its own kitchenette and one of the four bedrooms.

Villa Louisa is just slightly larger, with five bedrooms accommodating 10 guests, each of the rooms sleeping two. This property has a large roof terrace that overlooks the pretty garden; there is a purpose-built barbecue outside and steps leading down to the private pool. There's lots of room for a group of you to gather outside to enjoy the balmy evening air.

Facilities/equipment

All bedrooms sleep two in either double or twin beds and both villas are fully furnished to a high standard throughout. A good sized kitchen is included in both properties and this is fully fitted with an oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and microwave as well as all the pots, pans and utensils you could possibly need. Both properties have spacious outdoor areas with garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can really enjoy relaxing in the evenings, and there is full gas-fired central heating, just in case!

Your money, after charges, goes into a life assurance bond which invests in a fund of properties and securities. Your investment’s value will go up or down to reflect changes in the value of those properties and securities and payment of management charges and expenses by the fund. Properties are booked for a no profit "user charge" and Points issued with the Bond. There is a quarterly fee of around thirty pounds linked to RPI. If you do not use our Money Back Promise", you can surrender your investment to the company only after two years or more but you may get back less than you paid. Exceptionally surrender may be deferred up to twelve months. Minimum initial payment £5,000 and no medical examination required. HPB is available exclusively through HPBM who will only charge for their services if you invest.

HPBM is able to advise only on HPB and is not independent of HPBA. Holders of policies issued by HPBA will not be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if the company becomes unable to meet its liabilities to them but Isle of Man compensation arrangements apply to new policies.
