Holiday Properties in Italy

Italy has long been a favourite of holidaymakers. The delicious food, beautiful landscapes and lovely weather have drawn people for decades, and it’s no surprise that many return year after year. Whether you’re drawn to beaches, historic sites, cities or countryside, you’ll find something to please everyone in Italy.

We have two Italian holiday properties for guests to choose from – Coreggia in Puglia and Stigliano in Tuscany. Both are beautiful, traditional properties set amongst some of the most beautiful countryside in the country. From family holidays to quiet getaways, everyone is bound to enjoy staying in these spectacular sites and making the most of the fantastic amenities.

How do Holiday Property Bonds work in Italy?

Making an investment means you can take your pick from over 1,400 holiday properties, including our two beautiful Italian sites.

Your investment gives you Holiday Points. For every £1 invested, you receive one Holiday Point a year, which you can use to book a holiday property of your choice. All we ask is you pay a small no-profit user charge that covers the expense of running and maintaining the properties.

Your holiday entitlement is reissued every twelve months, so you can holiday year after year after year.

Thinking of buying a holiday property in Italy?

There are many reasons people may consider buying a holiday home in Italy, but here at HPB we’re pleased to be able to offer an alternative.

Compared with simply buying a holiday cottage, HPB means you can have your pick from a range of destinations across the UK and Europe, all for the price of a single private property. For example, you could enjoy a family summer holiday and then take advantage of term time to travel somewhere completely new, or even enjoy some winter sun. The choice is yours!

HPB also takes the work out of owning a holiday property. We take care of all maintenance and upkeep of the sites, so no nasty surprises. You don’t even have to worry about travel, car hire or the other holiday admin - our expert staff are on hand to ensure you have a wonderful break each and every time you come to visit, right from the moment you book.
