El Pueblito de Alfaix

Almeria, Spain
El Pueblito de Alfaix Things To Do

One hundred and five studios, apartments and villas make up El Pueblito de Alfaix, a village that, if you didn’t know better, you’d swear had been there for centuries.

Peel an orange from the nearby orange groves. Wallow in the warmth of southern Spain. Feel yourself relax as you adapt to a slower, Spanish rhythm. Enjoy breakfast on the patio with the children, before they rush off for another fun-filled day at the Activity Club.

And after you’ve walked a bit, swum a bit, read a bit and - who knows? - dozed a bit, head to the bar for something cool, and watch the Sierra Cabrera mountains turn pink in the light of the setting sun, before you head down to the river-bed to hear the nightingales sing.

Of the 105 properties at the Almerían site of Alfaix, the majority are apartments. These are a range of properties of either one or two bedrooms that have the capacity for anywhere between two and five guests, depending on the size of the property. The majority of apartments are single-storey and provide a great base for couples or small families.

Sleeping just two guests, the Alfaix studios are the smallest option for accommodation, but are still perfectly well equipped with all you will need during your stay. These open-plan properties are ideal for couples looking to explore the wonders of Almería.

The Alfaix villas are the height of luxury and lacking in nothing. These are the largest properties on site and range in size from three, four or five bedrooms. They are perfect for getting a large group of you together, whether it be friends or family, a special occasion or a relaxing get-away in the sun. The villas are sleek, modern and equipped with everything you need.

A summary of initial and ongoing charges is in section E of the Product Particulars. Exceptionally surrender may be deferred up to twelve months. Minimum initial payment £5,000 and then a quarterly fee of around thirty pounds linked to RPI. No medical examination required. HPB is available exclusively through HPBM who will only charge for their services if you invest.

HPBM promotes only HPB and is not independent of HPBA. Holders of policies issued by HPBA will not be protected by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme if the company becomes unable to meet its liabilities to them but Isle of Man compensation arrangements apply to new policies.
