Thank you for your continued patience while we work with our experienced internal IT team, and specialist external advisers.  We are currently rebuilding our systems in a controlled and secure manner.

We are pleased to report that we are now able to take telephone bookings, and we will be taking online bookings as soon as it is safe to do so. 

At the current time we still working to fully establish all the consequences of the attack.  So far, we have been unable to find evidence that any personal data has been compromised, however if you have used passwords on the HPB system that you have also used in other places, these should be changed.
