Walton to Kington

This is a moderate five and a half mile linear walk with one hard climb to Hergest Ridge, it is steeped in legend and has amazing views! Allow yourself three hours for this walk, although it can be done quicker than this. There are two pubs which are the perfect place to stop off and have a well deserved drink; The Crown Inn at Walton and The Harp Inn at Old Radnor. The walk actually starts from The Crown and from here the walk will take you to a great viewpoint that looks across the Radnor valley and forest. The rest of the walk takes you through pretty scenery until you join the route of Offa's Dyke. From there you just walk on following your map, but it's not too far until the end in Kington town centre.

Titley to Kington

This is a medium length linear walk which has some gentle climbs and leads to Rushock Hill where there are superb views across Herefordshire and Wales. The first part is on the lovely Mortimer Trail, with frequent green and white waymarks to help you along your way. The last part is on the famous Offa's Dyke Path, with some National Trail waymarks to reassure you. This route takes around three hours and is approximately five and a half miles long.

Offa's Path no. 16 – Picklscott and Cothercott Hill

This four and a half mile walk takes you on a slow and steady climb up onto Cothercott Hill where there are wonderful views, before the path guides you along an ancient highway. It will take two to three hours and you start at The Bottle and Glass Inn, and follow quiet country lanes, tracks and grassland with no stiles or other obstacles to get in the way of your walk!

Offa's Path no. 3 - Bromlow Callow

This route boasts tranquility and tree tops along a four mile challenging walk. It takes around two to three hours, and you should expect some steep climbs and tricky descents. This route is mainly on grassland and along quiet lanes, it includes a few obstacles such as stiles but this should not put you off a lovely walk! There are two ancient hill forts along the route; Bromlow Callow and Castle Ring Fort, so keep a look out for them.

Bucknell Hilltop Walk

A hilly nine and a half mile from start to finish, with absolutely amazing views along the hilltops between Knighton and Bucknell. It takes around five hours at a leisurely pace. This particular walk boasts spectacular views, glimpses of history, wildlife and archaeology.
