Physkos
is part of the Holiday Property Bond portfolio offering exclusive access to over 1,400 properties to its 42,000 investors across more than 30 locations. You can find out more about
Physkos here, but first some important information about the Holiday Property Bond. It is designed to provide holidays for life but it is an investment product so subject to charges, your capital is at risk and you may not be able to cash in during the first two years. Glorious summer weather, a limpid Aegean Sea, history and culture in abundance and turtles to boot: the Land Where East Meets West really does offer the best of all possible worlds.
And what better way for holidaymakers at Physkos to get up close and personal with the stunning countryside surrounding this Turkish holiday resort, than in a rugged, open-backed, all-terrain workhorse of the road, with an experienced guide at the wheel?

Marmaris Excursions’ Jeep Safari is an absolute must for the adventurous. Enjoy jaw-dropping views, waterfalls and the untouched bays around Marmaris.
A convoy of jeeps takes you off the beaten track to see some of the beautiful hidden areas of the Marmaris countryside. The first part of the day is spent climbing the mountains where you can see the stunning views of Marmaris and the small surrounding villages, taking swimming breaks en route in the crystal-clear waters of beaches and lagoons.
After a traditional Turkish lunch:

the afternoon is spent exploring the pine forests and rugged pathways. Don’t be surprised if you see traditionally dressed villagers on donkeys, flocks of sheep or wandering goats on your journey through quiet Turkish countryside. You will be dropped back early evening, around six and will certainly sleep well after the day’s adventures.
The Jeep Safari excursion is available daily from 27th March to 5th November. The cost is just £7 per adult (TL60.28), £3.50 per child (TL30.14). Under-sixes are free.
