What's on This Month?

A great range of events is taking place at Blenheim Palace this month, so why not visit this spectacular estate in Oxfordshire and make a day of it? Previously the home of Winston Churchill, and encapsulating 300 years of history, Blenheim and its picturesque grounds make for a brilliant day out. Find out all about the estate HERE.

This weekend The Summer Jousting Tournament is taking place between the 31st and 2nd August. On the South Lawn you'll be in for an unforgettable day as the 'Knights of Arkley' battle it out. Falconry displays and archery will also be on offer, and visitors will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful estate by horse and carriage.

Later in the month on the 16th August the Family Cycling Day will be welcoming all ages and abilities to the grounds. This is a great way to view the beautiful scenery, to explore the magnificent grounds and to get guests out and about in the fresh air.

From the 30th - 31st August the annual Festival of Transport comes again to the estate. Loads of classic cars and motorcycles will be on display. There will be vehicle judging and an experience motor commentator talking guests through the days events.

Visit the Blenheim Palace website for the full events calendar.
