User Charge explained
The no-profit user-charge covers the actual costs of servicing each property - including,
for instance: maid service, laundry, and maintenance of the many free-to-use onsite
facilities. It is charged per property - NOT per person. And it does not vary
with the seasons: instead, the user-charge remains constant all year round.
A week for two in the Scottish Highlands - at the height of the season - could cost
just £291 user charge, including VAT.
A week for four in Lanzarote - in August - could cost less than £300 user charge.
