Depending on your needs - and the number of people in your group - your vehicle may range from a standard saloon car to a spacious people-carrier. Or, if a number of Bondholders are scheduled to arrive on the same flight, we'll arrange collection by mini bus.
Either way, you'll never be forced to wait for other flights to arrive, so that we can fully utilise a coach: instead, with HPB Travel you simply land... and go.
In the Arrivals Hall, you will be met either by an English speaking representative, or by a driver carrying an HPB notice board.
Your transfer is direct to the HPB site, and therefore you will be spared the extra unnecessary detours to other hotels and locations en-route.
And of course your site manager will co-ordinate and confirm your return transfer too - ensuring your prompt collection from your villa or apartment, and a painless start to your return journey.

Transfers from Funchal to Cabo Girão
HPB Travel Club are able to offer a personal pre-booked airport transfer service from Funchal airport to HPB Cabo Girão and also for the return journey on departure. The journey time is approximately 40 minutes.
On an HPB Travel Club transfer you will be met and directed to your vehicle and driven directly to your accommodation without any other hotel or resort drop-offs on your way.
There will be no waiting for other flights to arrive in order to fully utilise a coach; if there are only two in your party for instance, a taxi will be provided.

Transfers from Tenerife South to
El Balcón de Santa Ana, La Gomera
HPB Travel Club has appointed an agent in Tenerife to pre-book transfers and catamaran crossings for your onward journey between the airport at Tenerife South and El Balcón de Santa Ana, on La Gomera.
Pre-booking with HPB Travel Club offers the following advantages:
- The services of a representative at Tenerife South Airport at the Travel Shop Office in the main concourse - and if the transfer is by coach an HPB representative will often accompany you throughout the journey.
- Pre-booked coach or taxi transfer and reservation on the catamaran or ferry - so no need to queue.
- Having booked the all inclusive travel arrangement of flights and transfer with HPB Travel Club, should the flight be delayed and result in accomodation being needed, our representative will assist and pre-book overnight accommodation and revised transfers. Catamaran and Ferry Crossings
The catamaran or ferry crossing you will be booked on depends on the arrival time of your flight into Tenerife South. As a guide flights arriving by 1230 pm will have the opportunity to catch the 2pm Armas Ferry on Tuesday or the 2:30pm Armas Ferry on Friday (depending on how long it takes for your luggage to arrive). Later arrivals will take the later Armas or Fred Olsen crossings ? please call HPB for the current timetable. Bondholders will have the option of travelling to Los Cristianos and spending some time in the resort before sailing to La Gomera. We will advise of timings (including return) when you book.
Journey time from San Sebastian to HPB site - 45 minutes.
On arrival at HPB site our staff will deliver your luggage to your property.
Benchi Express
We are also able to offer a restricted transfer service on the smaller Benchi Express, which operates from Los Christianos and Playa De Santiago. Adult return price £74(under 2 free, 2-3 year olds £20 and 4-11 year olds £46).
Please note that the Benchi express is not an inclusive transfer - no representative will accompany the transfer and the cost includes transport from the airport to Los Cristianos but not from Playa de Santiago to the HPB site.
The Benchi is a smaller vessel and does not hold the swell of the water as well as the larger catamaran. There is no outside deck or open windows for fresh air during the 1½ hour journey. Storage space for luggage is limited. If taxis are not available at the harbour the nearest available are in the village square which is approximately a 10 minute walk.
Should the Benchi Express not operate and clients miss the return flight on the return journey, this will be at their own expense.

Important notes
If several Bondholders are scheduled to arrive between 13:00 and 18:00, you will have the option to travel to Los Cristianos (rather than staying at the airport). In these cases, your luggage may be stowed on the coach.
When only a few Bondholders are travelling, the transfer will be made by minibus or taxi. On these occasions, a porter service will, unfortunately, not be available.
The latest flight departure from the UK should be no later than 14:00 to connect with the last catamaran crossing.

Ferry tickets are non-refudable, and in the unfortunate event that you misplace your tickets during your holiday, the purchase of new tickets will be at your own expense.
Transfers from Dalaman to Physkos
HPB Travel Club are able to offer a personal pre-booked airport transfer service from Dalaman airport to HPB Physkos and also for the return journey on departure. The journey time is approximately 2 hours.

There will be no waiting for other flights to arrive in order to fully utilise a minibus; if there are only two in your party for instance, a taxi will be provided.

The driver will be at arrivals displaying a board with "BINIORELLA AND YOUR NAME".

Taxis can be taken from the airport rank without booking. Transfers Malta Airport to Gozo
Summer prices to be released shortly.
We have made transfer arrangements through HPB Travel Club's agent in Gozo.
Upon arrival in Malta, Bondholders must now transfer by ferry to Gozo as the helicopter service has been withdrawn. Please note that these transfer arrangements only apply to Bondholders arriving between 08.00 and 21.00.
Ferry transfers
On arrival in Malta, Bondholders will be taken to the ferry port. The transfer to the port takes approximately 45 minutes. The ferry journey to Gozo takes approximately 30 minutes. At Gozo, Bondholders will be met and taken to the farmhouse (10-30 minutes). Similar arrangements will apply for the return journey. You will be picked up from your villa and taken to the port. The taxi driver will provide you with your ferry tickets.
These transfer arrangements have been tried and tested over a number of years but inevitably when public transport is involved, occasional delays may occur and require patience.

On an HPB Travel Club transfer you will be met and directed to your vehicle and driven directly to your accommodation without any other hotel or resort drop-offs on your way. The taxi driver will be recognised since he will be holding up a board with the lead name of the party.
The cost of the Transfer is £75 for a maximum of four people Monday to Friday before 22.00 hrs. After this time or on Saturday, Sunday or the Spanish Bank Holidays the cost will be £90. Please note if there is more than 4 in the party two taxis will be required.
