HPB provides holidays for life. It is however, an investment product so your capital is at risk. Read "How it works" for a summary of the principal risks and benefits.
Nestling in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the edge of the Shropshire Hills, the mid 19th century farmhouse of Upper Norton offers southerly views over glorious farmland towards the Clee Hills and Corvedale and provides an ideal base from which to explore the uplands, valleys and forests of the Marches. Here, original farm buildings have been skillfully converted to provide comfortable, peaceful holiday homes.
Nearby Ludlow – described by John Betjeman as “the loveliest town in England” – is widely regarded as the UK's 'food capital' and, despite its diminutive size, has had more Michelin-starred restaurants than any other town in the country. Other local attractions include the fine medieval market town of Shrewsbury; Bridgnorth, home of the Severn Valley Railway; and Much Wenlock, inspiration for the modern Olympic movement.
Upper Norton is part of the Holiday Property Bond portfolio offering exclusive access to over 1,400 properties to its 41,000 investors ("Bondholders"). If you are not already a Bondholder and would like further details please see below.
Upper Norton is part of the Holiday Property Bond's growing portfolio of outstanding holiday properties throughout the UK and Europe, imaginatively created over 32 years to combine "home from home" comfort with total relaxation. Currently the portfolio features 35 holiday developments, all in stunningly beautiful locations across 13 countries, with over 1,400 individual villas, apartments and cottages.

How HPB works: HPB is designed to give you and your family holidays for life. To achieve this, it is structured as a life assurance bond investing, after product charges, in properties and securities. Properties are booked for a no profit "User Charge" and Points issued with the Bond. There is a quarterly fee of under thirty pounds linked to RPI, with all other management fees paid from securities. You may cash in after two years at a value linked to that of the properties and securities but you may get back less than you paid because of charges and changes in the value of HPB's properties and securities. In exceptional circumstances cashing in may be deferred for up to twelve months. Minimum initial payment £5,000. No medical examination required. HPB is available exclusively through HPB Management Limited ("HPBM") who will only charge for their services if you invest.
